Dantin Bruce Development will break ground next month on 333 Flats, a residential development on East Boyd Drive, between Burbank Drive and Highland Road, says co-owner Brian Dantin. 333 Flats is the second phase of a larger residential development by Dantin Bruce on East Boyd. It will be located adjacent to 333 Lofts, which opened in August 2012. 

Mixed-use infill developments; smaller lots close to retail and work; built outdoor spaces with more amenities; and indoor/outdoor connections through oversized windows, glass doors, covered porches, and balconies. These are features increasingly requested by homeowners over the past several years, according to the American Institute of Architects’ (AIA) Home Design Trends Survey.
