It will be located adjacent to 333 Lofts, which opened in August 2012. And while 333 Flats, like its neighbor, will contain condominiums, Dantin says the three-story development will offer a greater variety of floor plans than 333 Lofts. The flats will include 36 units total, including studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums—two of which are pre-sold, Dantin says. The lofts—which sold all 28 units within 10 months of completion—only offered two- and three-bedroom condos. “We had a lot of people who called about one-bedrooms [for 333 Lofts], so we wanted to offer that,” Dantin says. “[Studios and one-bedrooms] could also be a gameday condo for somebody.” Prices for units in 333 Flats range from $145,000 for studio condos to $300,000 and above for three-bedroom, three-bath condos. Architecturally, 333 Flats will have an “industrial feel,” Dantin says, similar to that at 333 Lofts. The gated development will also include a courtyard area with outdoor seating, fire pits and televisions. Dantin anticipates a summer 2015 completion for the 333 Flats development, which is projected to cost approximately $7 million. Dantin Bruce is also planning to build a 150-unit apartment complex across the street from the 333 properties, with construction expected to begin next year, Dantin says. —Rachel Alexander
