Dantin Bruce Development has secured land for a planned mixed-use project in Denham Springs, LA.
Dantin Bruce acquired roughly 35 acres across four transactions involving multiple sellers for $4.8 million, according to deals filed Thursday with the Livingston Parish Clerk of Court’s office.
The Livingston Parish Planning Commission, in March, unanimously approved the project’s preliminary site plan. The proposed Myrtle Grove development will include 149 single-family detached cottages, a clubhouse, and commercial component along Juban Road near Buddy Ellis Road. The site is near the Village at Juban Lakes and Reserve at Juban Lakes apartment communities.
Dantin Bruce has been active across the Capital Region, with recent projects including Cedar Grove Townhomes in Baton Rouge and Oak Grove Townhomes in Prairieville.
